What is S.A.F.E. SPORTS?
Peak Condition Fitness and Yorkshire Physical Therapy have designed a program which focuses on overall athletic skills to improve Strength, Agility, Flexibility and Endurance.

We understand children are not adults. Training has to be designed for the young athlete and deals specifically with the needs of young and growing bodies.

We emphazie multi-skill development which allows young athletes to become better overall athletes. Our unique training method builds a solid athletic foundation enabling kids to build confidence in their abilities.

Ages: 11-15
• Small Group Training – Enrollment limited to 5 children per class
• Small classes ensure each child receives individual expert instruction
• 3x per week for 75minutes
• Three convenient time slots: 9am, 10:30am, and 1pm
• 3 week and 4 week programs offered
• 4 week program is recommended for BEST results
• Two convenient locations (Chester & Mount Olive)

This program meets in a Monday-Wednesday-Friday format at convenient locations in Chester and Mount Olive (on the Long Valley border).
